NEXTWARE provides promotional bulk SMS services, enterprise messaging solutions and software consultancy. Specific pricing, volumes, destinations and service levels are agreed separately in writing for each client.
Service Availability
SMS delivery depends on destination-specific telecom routes, the capabilities of the selected operators and service providers, and applicable local regulations. Availability for any destination is confirmed only at the time of quotation and may change.
Client Responsibilities
- Send messages only to recipients who have given valid consent.
- Use approved sender identification and include a clear opt-out option in promotional messages.
- Ensure message content is lawful, accurate and not misleading, and complies with the rules of every destination country.
- Comply with our Anti-Spam Policy.
Suspension
We may suspend or refuse any campaign that we reasonably believe breaches these terms, our Anti-Spam Policy, operator requirements or applicable law.
Payments
Fees and payment terms are set out in each quotation or agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, services may require payment in advance.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, NEXTWARE is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by telecom networks, third-party providers, regulatory actions or events outside our reasonable control.

Company names of telecom operators and service providers appear on this website as references to the industry ecosystem only and do not imply any partnership or endorsement. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi shall have jurisdiction.
